How do I add a Quiz block to my course?

Learn how to effortlessly add an interactive quiz block to your course.

Step 1: Access Course Editing

• Go to your course editing interface.

Step 2: Add a Quiz Block

• Click the "Add New" button.

Step 3: Select "Quiz"

• Choose "Quiz" from the options to add a quiz block to your course.

Step 4: Customise Title and Description

• You can now customise the quiz title, sub-heading, and description.
• If you want, you can also upload a different image.

Step 5: Adjust Image Position

• To edit the image's position, navigate to the settings.
• Choose between left, right, or no image to control its appearance.

Step 6: Add Questions

• By default, the first question is multiple choice, which you can modify or delete.
• There are various question types, including multiple-choice, multiple responses, fill-in-the-blanks, matching, multiple-image choice, and multiple-image response.

• Optionally, enable "Require a pass to complete," which means users must pass the quiz to proceed to the next lesson.

• If needed, choose to hide the quiz summary.

• Once you've created the quiz, preview it and attempt to check how it works.
• Start the quiz and answer the questions presented.

Step 9: Review Quiz Results

• Upon completion, the Quiz results page will show your score, the pass score, and offer options to redo the quiz or review questions.
